Syphillis Risk - Stripper with scab on boob.
Recently I touched the breast of a stripper/masseuse. There was a small scab on the inside of her breast, not on the nipple. I saw the scab and felt it with my hand. The scab was about the size of a fingernail. I only touched the breast/scab with my hands, my penis never touched her breast. I did, however, use the same hand that touched the scab to masturbate immediately after touching the scab/breast.
Could the scab be a syphillis lesion/cancre?

No, this is not likely a syphilis sore. Those show up on mucous membranes - the mouth and genitals. This was probably a scratch from a fingernail.
I wouldn't worry about this at all, and wouldn't test for a thing.
