Chances of STI exposure to unprotected blowjob and lipkiss

I got a unprotected blowjob from escort and lipkiss with lip closed and we had protected sex.  Blowjob did lasted for few minutes, but kiss was just a lip touch. There were no blisters on her face and no sign of coughing. I did took bath before and after sex, took mouth wash. Nervous what STDs i can contact and what symptoms to looks for. I had slight discomfort in throat and slight cold, may be it is because of cold Canadian weather change. This is first and last time will go that way.

Unprotected oral could cause Gonorrhoea or NGU.  Look out for discharge from your penis and/or urethral burning or discomfort.  Sometimes there are no symptoms so it is best to test. Don't worry about the kiss.

I am worried about herpes. What are its chances.
You could get genital herpes type 1 from receiving oral sex if you don't already have oral hsv1 (think cold sores or fever blisters).

If she didn't have any blisters, the chances are lower.

You can still get hsv2, HPV and syphilis from sex while using a condom, but the chances are a lot lower than if you didn't use a condom.
Today, i saw a red spot on penis head. There no pain or swelling , it does have any shape.
I am attachinf the link to image. Its not itching. Just a bit nervous, hope its not herpes

That could be syphilis or maybe herpes, and you need to get that checked by a doctor today. It could also be many other things, but since you had a risk for syphilis, get to a doctor. The time frame is right for syphilis, and a syphilis sore isn't painful.
