Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, or any STD?

In late November, I went for an erotic massage and my concerns if the therapist properly washed her hands before she gave me a handjob because when I walked in, she was in the process of changing the sheets after her client just left  - which I walked past him when enter the parlor. Couple of days later, I started to feel pressure in my groin that caused me to frequently urinate. It got so bad after a couple of weeks that it went up to my Lower back. I took Cranberry extract pills and drank Pure Cranberry juice for 5 days and then the symptoms clear up. I went to the doctor afterwards to see if I had a UTI and it came back Negative. Was sent for an Xray and SCAN on my prostrate and it showed I had a small cyst in my groun that was providing the irritation. FAST FORWARD a month later, I started to experience itching in my testicles that caused me to scratch. I shave my pubic area to make sure I didn't have crabs, but still itching. My concern now is this week while doing the #2, I had clear discharge that came out my penis - whitish/yellowish with no scent. It only happened once, but I have some discomfort in my groin with chills.
I looked up STDs that has these symptoms and Chlamydia Gonorrhea and HPV keeps showing up. My question is could the handjob from the massage gave me a STD?

Theres a similar question below. Have a look at that.

In short, there is no risk from a HJ. None at all.

Okay, thank you! I guess I'll get checked out to bury this anxiety if you think I didn't contract a STD
There is no risk here at all. Test for peace of mind if you need to, but there's no reason for anxiety.
