Definitely get proper professional treatment for your warts. OTC wart medications can cause scarring on the sensitive genital skin so you don't want to use them there.

All the wart treatments over the counter are for common warts on the fingers etc, there is no scientific evidence they work on genital warts.
The only thing you can do is go to a clinic, the prospect of it is very daunting but it is never as bad as you anticipate it to be. The doctors are professionals who see STD's every single day, it's nothing new to them. I've been about 3 times and each time its felt like an every day thing (although I always get nervous before) they are generally polite and casual, they don't make a big deal out of it.
Genital warts are very common. Have you been tested properly, they might not be warts.
