Condom slipped and accidentally attempted to insert my penis into a guys anus

We were having safe sex, but the condom slipped and as a result I unintentionally attempted to insert my penis to his anus (penis not successfully inserted into his anus).

No ejaculation happened and my penis and his anus had lots of lubricant but again my penis was not inserted since we had difficulty inserting due to my soft penis.

I am concern of STI and HIV exposure, please help me.

No risk here as no penetration happened.

Thank you for this response. Also, prior to that unexpected attempt to insert my penis without the condom due to it slipping, I also fingered his anus with a condom on the three fingers.

That is the reason why I am concerned aa there might be blood already after what I did with my fingers. It was a little dark so I did not see blood even after I checked in the toilet with the lights on.

This is agonizing for me as I am worried I might have contracted STD or worst HIV :(
Should you recommend I get myself tested for STD and HIV, please advice as this just happened on the 29th this month. Thanks
You cannot get an STD or HIV through your fingers, or through blood that is on the body when you touch it.

HIV requires penetration - a penis inside of an anus or vagina, unprotected - in order to transmit.

There is no reason for you to test for HIV or any STDs.  The best thing to do is to forget about this event and move on with your life.
As Curfew said. Stop thinking of "what ifs" as they are not helpful in this instance. You were never at risk for anything at all.
Guys thanks a lot!
To add, about my penis slipped the condom.

Am I at risk for hiv or std since again I was able to stick my dick onto his anus but was not able to get in due to my soft or non-erected penis.

Please help!
No. No penetration = no risk.
Thanks a lot for considering my question.
