Could i be at risk?

I went to a strip club and had a nude lap dance with a beautiful stripper so grinded on me which was great but then she pulled just the tip of my penis out and proceeded to grind on me and my penis..... The next day i had a couple of blisters on the head of my penis.

Is it possible that i could have a STD?

If you have an STD, it's not from this encounter - it's way too soon for symptoms to appear. The absolute minimum would be 2 days.

If you have had other exposures, this could be herpes. Have you seen your doctor? What do they look like now?

No i haven't seen a doctor.
It looks like it's heal on it's on and just a couple small bumps
Is there a reason you haven't seen a doctor?

If it's an STD, it's not from the lap dance the night before. It's a little late to get anything swabbed, but you should still see a doctor.
Oh and if they think it's herpes, ask them to do a PCR swab. That's more sensitive than a regular culture, and may be able to detect it even though the sores aren't brand new and are already healing. Don't let them just visually diagnose you with herpes.
