Has my partner been unfaithful?

I was just tested  today for STD's because i was experiencing penile discharge, full results have not come out yet but I have been told by the doctor i have been tested positive for gonorrhoea. wow boy am i surprised! i 'm a gay man and have been with my boyfriend for 7 months and when we met he had just been tested and results were all negative (he hasn't been tested recently). Last time we had oral and anal sex was last week. I have been faithful through these 7 months but have had sex with my ex boyfriend just before i hooked up with him

Does this mean he was unfaithful during our relationship or is it possible it was dormant for 7 months and I started showing symptoms now? Or could this just be a false diagnosis?

Please help me as this is driving me nuts!

Well if he had oral gonorrhea then that is how you could have it now.
