Have i got a std?

Hello, so a few months back i noticed a redness around my foreskin and i didnt really think nothing of it because i have rough sex and masturbate hard, however recently i have been seeing red spot like or cuts under my foreskin and im getting a bit worried i have a girlfriend with no symptoms of any stds or anything however i have been doing research and it seems like balantis or something similar, as i used to use soap on my genitals now i do not as i realised this is bad i also work in a hot VERY sweaty environment and these spots etc only show up after rough sex ,masturbation, or after work being sweaty etc.. i really would be confused on how it would be a sti but who knows. The skin is sometimes dry and the head of my penis does look a bit dry and have minor cracks in, however these red dots on my penis are not fluid filled are not raised and do not hurt but rarely itch but that could be because i have a lot of pubic hair. Can someone please help me?

If you don't want to see a doctor, have you ever tried not having rough sex?  That's a very tender area of the body and gets irritated easily.  If you try not having rough sex and hard masturbation, which isn't necessary for pleasure but you obviously like it, but if you try not doing that for a few weeks and it all gets better, problem solved.

I would agree that it's probably balanitis or eczema or something, but you need to get it checked out. Only a doctor can tell you for sure, and provide you with the proper treatment. Let us know what happens.
