Herpes or something else?
Okay I'm going to break it down between three girls that I've had unprotected sex with, within the past month
Last time I had sex with Girl A was May 17th I had sex with her 2 weeks prior to that as well
Last time I had sex with Girl B was June 5th
And last time I had sex with Girl C(virgin) was two days ago, and then two weeks before that.
Okay here's the deal.
About two weeks ago roughly, I started feeling like a burning sensation in my urine... I had been drinking a lot of alcohol around that time and not eating as healthy as I normally had so I didn't think much of it completely... but it kind of stood in the back of my mind because I never broke out with anything.
This past week I have noticed myself to become a little depressed and anxious( I have a history of anxiety and depression and I was blaming it on my work and my piled up list as far as coming up with rent, cleaning the house, finding new roommates for the next summer... just college kid stuff etc) Thursday morning I woke up with "ice pick headache" or so they call them, when my scalp was sensitive to touch and it would send a shocking amount of pain to a certain spot in my head over and over. I researched this and found it could have been from a pinched nerve(which I was at a concert wednesday night and I was jumping around and people were jumping on me, and then I slept in the floor that night and woke up with it) Friday is when I noticed a lone spot on the base of my penis, a little red but it kinda looks like an ingrown hair, and another one I also noticed on the other side has came up too(also looks like an ingrown hair)
Girl C had told me previous that she had also experience a burning sensation in her pee a little after we had sex, and even she said she had a fever for a day or two.
When looking up it kind of sounded like herpes but when it broken down the only girl that could have contracted the herpes to me was Girl A, and that was 2 weeks after we had sex I felt burning, and then a week and a half after that I finally start to break out? That seems a little odd to me.
So all in all I'm trying figure out if it could HOPEFULLY be a yeast infection or Candidisasis, all symptoms seem to be there in a way (except for that coincidental two bumps at the base of my penis(thats also where I use a razor when I shave too)

also, with only one partner, you can easily tell where you got something if you got something so as you don't pass it on to other people. the only way to tell what you have positively is to get tested. if you think you have something, go get tested.
Get tested. Poor virgin girl, first time with someone and you probably gave her something.
This is why I mainly stick with one partner when I get one, even if we aren't exclusive.

Unfortunately, all you can do is go to a doctor for proper testing. You are having unprotected sex, you are definitely at risk. You should consider a full std panel and then please use condoms!
