Hot rashes on penis tip

hello. About two months ago I had unprotected sex. At first, I received a burning sensation in my uretha and testicles. My testicles were also swollen. Tested negative for chlamydia and ghnorrea. However, prescribed tablets to clear those and it had some effect. A week after treatment my symptoms returned. I was prescribed further anti biotics to help fully clear these symptoms. However, this did not work. My dull ache on my testicles disappeared however and returned to a normal size. I went back to the dr as my tip was very red and he told me it was thrush. I took the tablet and have just finished two weeks of the cream with no improvement. I have a red tip stil and red patches are growing, with little red dots too. Been two months with all those tablets and nothing. It's burning again and I have no idea what this is! Please can someone help me out!
