Im worried

Okay well its been about 6-7 days since ive been sexually active and have run across some issues. I did shave with a single blade razor and soap and pretty much shaved everything. Well its been about 6 days since ive had sex and ive started getting these red bumps about 1-2 days after shaving and having sex around the bottom shaft of my penis and around the top part of my sack and there pretty painful and have some liquid discharge but no green or yellow puss just a clear substance thats comes out occasionally. I want to believe its razor burn from just not having a good razor and using shaving cream. But then about 3 days ago, Every time i would pee it would have a slight burn at the tip but its not every time when i pee its just burns sometimes. Could razor burn cause your pee to burn if the razor burn is serious  enough or could i possibly have an STD? i have been puting lotion and razor burn cream on it and it seems to help to some extent but theres still a slight burning sensation

Can you be clear about this two things, do you received unprotected oral sex and did protected sex?

It does seems like STDs but depending on how risky your sex behaviour is.
