Intercurial sex nipple bite

Hi I am gay. I had a intercurial sex with a guy whom i dont know just to avoid any penetration. (no lip kiss)
It went for 1min. meanwhile he bitten my left nipple (or just pressed) i dont remember. it was painful i pushed him away and let home.
after coming to home i checked my nipple but there was no visible wound  or any bite/red mark. I applied sanitizer to check but there was no burning.
but next day it started paining. But still there is no mark or bite or any redness.
Am i risk of any STD's. ?
Any idea why its paining so long?
Waiting for reply.
Regards,

I don't understand well your post. Was your exposure a nipple bitten by a man and nothing else? If that was your only exposure you had no risk.
