Is it herpes?

I am a 25 year old male who wrestles. Recently, I have gotten a few breakouts of ring worm on my chest and neck. A few days later I notice a similar but smaller bump on my penis, that looked like the ringworm on my chest and neck. I have applied Lotrimin fungal treatment on all areas and have seen some improvement, but not much.  The infected area on my penis has similar symptoms as my infected area on my upper body, which is: redness and itchiness. The bump on the penis started as one but has multiplied to maybe 3 or 4, but I think it is because that I have been itching it and irritating the area. The area is not sensitive nor does it hurt. The reason I feel that the area on the penis could be herpes is because I had unprotected sex 2 weeks be for I noticed the infected area. I have never had an incident on my penis before so I am a bit worried.

molluscum contagiosum is common in wrestlers... might be worth googleing... set up an appointment with a dermatologist and get it checked out

The only way to tell if this is herpes or something completely unrelated is to see a health care provider.  How long have you have the bumps?  The quicker you can get to the doctor for a viral culture, the better.  Once the sores start to heal, the greater risk there is of false-negative results.
