Red Itchy Skin Body chemistry change

I had sex with this girl about three years ago. She claims shes never had a sexual disease and even got tested after I confronted her and she said she was clean. At first I got noticeably sick and my lower back started hurting so i got very very paranoid. I was always sweating uncomfortably when I slept. Then I started getting these red bumps on the head of my penis. It never blistered or itched too bad. Sometimes there would be a random pinch but those were tolerable. The red bumps would appear time to time, but they havent appeared for a solid year. My uncircumcised penis now just looks dry... When I peel it back, the skin goes back slowly like the skin is sticking to the head... Very shiny. Noticed that my face is always red and itchy now, it is very tender... if i scratch it, it turns crimson red in the area... My skin was baby like, but its just so dry and oily and looks like it has been through hell. It looks like I have the skin of a 40 year old. My body feels sticky and sweats alot more. My feet sweat when I sleep. When I come out of the shower, even as I type now after a shower, my scrotum is always sticky same with my pits and behind my knees and the skin on my butt. It really really bothers me. One more thing. My anus gets really itchy sometimes. Also the skin on my buttox gets SUPER itchy when I sit on it for too long. There are like these chicken like skin bumps on where it gets itchy on my butt...

What would this be?! Honestly I hace been so fatigued, probably because I am depressed or maybe because of what this is. I've been fighting it so hard just forcing myself to get out of bed and no longer waste my life! It's been a long three years of being depressed and being paranoid of friends finding out. I am a popular and well liked amongst my peers... And I feel like I am a completely bad person now... I really would like to find out what this is. I am young, I haven't had sex in 3 years... I feel like god is punishing me for this...

Basic Info:
22 year old asian male
healthy, always exercised and I eat quite healthy.
Never had these symptoms before I had sex with this one girl (please dont get it wrong, I dont go around having sex with many girls, it was just this one time)....  bad luck.

I've went to multiple doctors here is what they said:

first doctor who saw bumps on my penis said it was herpes, but she hardly looked at it... they werent blisters...

few doctors after that all said it could be a fungus, or that I am allergic to something (which i doubt I am not allergic to anything)

Last doctor said that I am fine and nothing is wrong with me because if it were herpes i would have had blisters...
He told me not to keep thinking about it because some men go crazy thinking they have something and end up in psychiatric wards. but honestly I know that something in my body chemistry has changed.... it doesnt feel well.


My guess:

symptoms
red blotchy skin on chest and arms
red itchy bumps unlike pimples or blisters on face
face turns easily red when scratched or even brushed lightly
sticky and hot sweaty in arm pits, groin/scrotum, behind knees, (ive tried baby powder and everything...)
Get hot pins going down my head to my upper chest random occasions
hair is thinning, you can see my scalp very easily, my barber even said my scalp was very dry now... ( i regularly use shampoo and conditioner, I used to have thick black shiny hair)
hair falls out more noticely, i have short hair...
super itchy and small skin colored bumpy butt



someone please help me or just give me some words of encouragement because I am going crazy and have lost my love for life... I feel like il never talk to woman again and i feel like my manhood is over.

Doesnt sound like any std I've heard of. The bumps may be caused by the dry skin, I would go see a dermatologist. Hsv 1 wouldn't be giving you these feelings all over your body (the blochy skin) and I've never heard of any std making your hair fall out. Have you ever had cold sores? Hsv1 genitally is usually very noticeable as hsv. What were your levels for it? I'm thinking your jumping to std because it's an encounter you regret (we've all had them) and it may just be a coincidence. If you are able have the spots swabbed, that should give you more info.

My guess is that this could be hsv 1 I am positive for hsv 1
or this could be some kind of serious fungus or some other std
