Is this an early symptom of syphilis?

Hello!
Last week I had protected sex with 3 women and after my last intercourse a small dusky red flat red spot with size 3-4mm appeared on my inner thigh. I used the condoms correctly, but syphilis and HSV can be spread through skin to skin contact.I can't t go get tested because syphilis can be detected 1 month after the infection. Both stds are described as sore with blisters. Syphilis sore needs to be round while my red spot isn't even round. Has anyone gotten such a red spot that progressed into stage 1 syphilis chancre or it's just some other skin infection?
It's been 5 days and it hasn't changed in size or looks.

It's been several days now - what's happening with your spot?

It's not syphilis - it appeared way too soon for a syphilis sore, which won't appear until 10 days at the earliest. A syphilis sore is also an open sore, which this isn't.

It sounds more fungal or dermatitis - it's flat and red. The only way to know for sure though is to get a doctor to look at it. Unfortunately, spots and bumps and sores can be caused by so many things that no one can tell you what it is without actually looking at it or testing it.
