Rash and pimple looking spots at base and shaft of penis

To start, I was just tested negative for Syphilis and Herpes. That said, I have had a painless looking rash and pimples near the base of my penis for 2 weeks now. I can provide photos if this post will allow it.

It doesn't sound like syphilis. A syphilis sore is round and painless, and not a rash.

Has it changed at all in two weeks? Two weeks is a bit long for a herpes outbreak, and it would probably hurt.

Has a doctor seen it? We don't typically look at pics here- we aren't doctors, and even a doctor shouldn't diagnose you based on a picture of a rash. Rashes can be so many things.

I do wonder about folliculitis, though, especially if you shave the area. You should really let a doctor see it if that hasn't happened already. You may need an antibiotic, or antibiotic cream to clear it up.

Yeah it's a smallish rash on the left side base, which isn't painful at all. Then on the right side there's 2 pimple looking spots, that's seemed to gotten smaller over the 2 weeks albeit still here.

I was tested for everything, and negative but also am aware of the incubation periods and such.

I'll make sure to have an actual doctor look rather than go to labs only for blood testing.

Thank you!
