Lip Bumps

Some flesh coloured bumps (some of the with white centers) appears on my upper lip and after I shaved I noticed them all over the area around my lip. I had a few casual sexual encounters lately so it's likely to be an STD. Is this Molluscum? What can I do to get rid of them?

It turns out it's molluscum indeed. And I have them all over my back + some on my chest too. They are so many - my dermatologist said that this is indicative of a weakened immune system (stress etc). I'll have them removed by curretage/CO2 laser.

Just letting anyone reading this know.

If these bumps are not itching, stinging, burning, swelling, or anything else irritating they most likely aren't an STI. It can be just irritated skin from the weather, shaving, dry skin, or another sensitivity.
Follow through with a physician or get a full screen testing at a clinic.
