STI form licking surfaces of vagina

1 week ago I licked a massage escorts ***** not the inside just the flit and around the lips of the *****. I now feel a soar throat and a slight pain in the chest. I done a urine test I posted it but I heard oral Chlamydia and gonarerea can't be accurately detected through a urine sample.

Is the chest pain a normal symptom?
And what's the odds I have and STI from eating her out unprotected ?

Many thanks in advance

Hi there.

Chest pain is not related to any STI. Could be related to anxiety though.

Oral STIs can not be detected by urine tests. Must be a swab which should be done at the 2 week mark.

However, oral STIs are not that common and even less common from female to male. And yours is even less common because your tongue never went inside her.

The risk would be so small that personally I would put the sore throat to a cold or a simple virus rather than an STI.
