He tested positive- I tested negative

My husband and I have been together for 2 yrs. I have health issues and recently we both got tested for STD's to rule things out. I tested negative but he tested positive for gonorrhea. Because of my health issues are sex life is slow. I realize the obvious is staring me in the face- he might be cheating. But is it at all possible for him to have been completely faithful and this happen? Could he have had it all this time and not know it? Is it possible for me to have been having unprotected sex with him and NOT get it?

don't hesitate to ask your doctor to sit down with the 2 of you to talk about this together.

not likely you'd have had sex with him for 2 years or more and not have contracted it.

have you two talked about this yet?

No we didn't get tested before getting married. So it's actually possible that he might have gotten this before we got together two yrs ago and even after having unprotected sex with him I remained uninfected???
