Male mutual masturbation

I recently engaged in meeting a stranger for a jack off session

We compared penis’ and touched each other’s. we then wanted to both cum so I jacked him off till he came on his chest, then he finished me off

A few days later my penis has felt itchy, sore, with a slight burn feeling. I thought it was a banjo sensitivity and applied some anti Fungal cream
My balls also have felt sore too.
No discharge or pain when urinating.

I am worried I might have got a Std and over thinking it all…..

There is no risk from a handjob or mutual masturbation. Whatever you're feeling, it's not from that.

Make sure you aren't dehydrated - drink plenty of water, avoid caffeine and alcohol, and see how you feel in a couple of days. If it's still lingering, see your doctor. It's not an STI.
