Massage parlor risk

Two months ago I went to a massage parlor. The masseuse introduced her fingers into her vagina before masturbating me. For  three weeks I have felt pain from the base of my penis to his head. I have no discharge, maybe pain after urinating. Am I at risk of having contracted an std or it’s just anxiety?

Sorry you are having discomfort.  Hand jobs, however, do not lead to STD's.  That doesn't mean that you shouldn't see a doctor to determine why you have pain in your penis head and pain after urinating. They pain could be from injury after the hand job (too rough) or if you have something unrelated that isn't an std but deals with hygiene.  https://www.healthline.com/health/penis-pain

Ok probably anxiety.  So just to be sure, I don’t need to be tested for std.  I have a wife, I am not proud of myself but I surely don’t want to put her at risk.
You do not need to test, no.
