Hi, I met a guy and we mutually masturbated.
We briefly touched each other’s penises, there may have been a small amount of pre-cum. The entire encounter lasted 5 minutes at most, I freaked out and stopped as I have a girlfriend and did this as I was curious.
I’m worried now I could have put myself at risk of an STD, and I feel really guilty and regret doing this please help.

Mutual masturbation is not going to have risks of STD's associated with it. No reason to worry and don't let guilt cause you to begin imagining symptoms. This is really not an activity that will result in an STD.

Try to remember that guilt does not equal risk. There is absolutely no risk here. :)
