Naked masturbation

Met a guy, we rolled about naked on the sofa, masturbated each other’s penis and kissed. I came on his chest and he then did it on his chest too. I didn’t touch his semen from what I know. Is there any std risk?

Did your penises grind together? That could be a potential risk for syphilis, herpes, and HPV, but it takes some significant grinding/rubbing and friction to transmit.

STDs are transmitted by unprotected oral, vaginal or anal sex, or direct, unclothed skin to skin contact of the mouth to genitals, genitals to genitals, and genitals to anus. This requires fairly significant rubbing/grinding and friction, almost always the kind associated with intercourse.

If someone has a sore or rash, you can get it from this direct skin to skin contact, though symptoms don't always need to be present to transmit.

If none of those things happen(ed), you aren't at risk for an STD, including HIV.

You seem to be partnering with men outside your marriage, which is your business, and no judgement here, and then panicking. My only concern is your health and mental health, and making sure you're informed. :)

Thanks for your comment.

I used my hand to touch his penis. Our penises may have touched lightly when cuddling but we did not grind our genitals together. He did not have any sores. There was no sucking or intercourse. Just a quick kiss, masturbated each other and a cuddle.

You’re right with your last comment. I feel incredibly guilty and now I’m worried I will pass an std to my wife.
Your hands are fine.

Penises touching lightly are fine - that won't transmit anything.

I don't think I gave you these links before. If I did, I apologize, but they explain about mutual masturbation and other things not being risks -

Thank you. I did believe what I’d done wasn’t a risk for an std but your original comments have made me somewhat concerned that I could have caught herpes, syphilis or hpv. Whilst we definitely didn’t grind our genitals together they probably did touch each other at short points!
I wouldn't worry if it was brief. It really does take some friction, usually the kind associated with intercourse.

Really, I wouldn't worry. :)
So no need to test, should be fine based on explanation?
I wouldn't test if it were me. I see no need to test.
