Nervous after giving oral

So, I know this question get's posted a lot. But i'm going to ask anyway.

So I've been in a committed relationship for close to 6 years now. My partner decided to go out of town and visit family, and I stayed home. I was feeling curious and I hooked up with a random guy, why? I don't know, I just did. We kissed for a bit, did quite a bit of body contact and we gave each other unprotected oral sex. He also just rubbed his penis against my anus a couple of times, but never went in. I'm very nervous and i'm a severe hypochondriac when it comes to these things. I'm not sure why I even did it, but I did. I'm just scared to think If i'm exposed to something. As I gave him oral, I felt no lesions or anything on him, and he was freshly showered.

I asked him if he was std clean, and said he was and that he get's tested yearly and he himself was in a relationship with his girlfriend.

Should I get tested? how long do symptons take to show up if I did contract something. Am I just freaking out?

Please any advice would be great.

Thanks!

Do you think its possible for someone to make themselves psychologically sick from being paranoid from fear of contracting something?

That is up to you. The risk is low, meaning you probably didn't get a STD, but still your call.

So should I refrain from having sex till I get tested? Because it would be suspicious. Especially since we have unprotected sex.

I'm just trying to be ok for the both of us.

Thank you,

Your risk was low and I would normally say no reason for testing but since you do have a gf it is better to be safe then sorry.

Testing times: gonorrhea and chlamydia-1 week
syphilis-6 weeks
herpes-3 months
