Ngu risk massage

About 6 months ago I had a body to body massage where the girl slid her body on mine including some penis to vagina contact and grinding for 20 seconds. 2 months ago I visited another one which was the same but without any genital contact. I have been had 6 weeks of one sided testicular pain and been diagnosed with epididimytis. I have also privately done a gonorrhoea and chlamydia test, both rapid antigen tests a bit like a covid test with a urethral swab. I was told to insert it around 1cm in until I feel pressure which I did (it was a relatively thick swab like the covid ones for the nose). Both results were negative. I know the likelihood of catching anything is low but I’m incredibly worried. The epididimytis happened to also occur after some heavy lifting and in honesty, the dull mild pain seems to be going.

1. What are the chances that this is NGU related? I have zero other symptoms, no pain when urinating, no discharge, no increase in frequency or burning. I’m particular I’m worried about mycoplasma as I believe it could cause epididimytis.
2. How accurate are the two tests that I did

My doctor has also asked for urine samples which I’ve sent but incredibly anxious for the results.

Any help would be great.

1 - minimal. Epipdidimus can come on with normal bacteria. Ive had it and its not ideal!

2 - The swab and urine tests are conclusive from 2 weeks from the last encounter.

all in all, the issues you face are NOT from the encounters youve mentioned :)

Thank you, feeling a bit better but still anxious about next week! The mind is powerful even though I have worked out there’s probably a 0.1-0.2% chance of this lol
As always, if anyone else has any other pieces of advice, I’m all ears. The more the merrier to help with my anxiety!

It sounds fairly low risk but the one thing I can offer, after having epididymitis myself once, is that it was neither dull nor mild!  Mine was very painful to touch

My answer won't be different than anyone else's. I haven't had epididymitis - I don't have testicles - but SillyMistake and Geno are correct - this doesn't sound like it.

Also, what you are describing sounds like no risk for an STD. Perhaps some oil got into your urethra and has caused irritation or an infection. Has your urine been tested?

Have they looked for any other causes than STDs? Have you seen a urologist?
Hi Aj- yes I sent two urine bottles off this week, expecting results early next week. In all honesty, the dull ache has really reduced over the last few days. Issue is, my anxiety has skyrocketed since!

The GP also said he will do an ultra sound once the urine results are back
Whatever happens, remember that you'll be fine. :)
Just got my results back. Negative for G and C and urine mid stream culture was all normal with no growth. Must be caused by some sort of trauma instead. Massive thank you to all of you in the forum.
You're welcome. Hope you feel better soon. :)
Great news dude, now you can relax :)
