The next week after i was diagnosed with genital warts i statred to have a cold and a pain in my throat i don't see any warts in my mouth could i have it in my throat that's why i'm having the pain? or could it be strep or sore throat?

no real reason to think you have oral warts causing these symptoms.

have you seen your doctor if you've had throat pain for more than a few days?
