Pain in penis after unprotected sex with CSWs

I received oral sex from unprotected prostitutes and vaginal penetration using condoms. 2 days after that my urinary tract was painful and itchy but no discharge. 1 week after that a sore rash appeared on my testicles and in the groin appeared a house like filled with fluid on the right and left thighs and groin. what symptom is this? Do I have a sexually transmitted infection? even though i use a condom

I'm not sure what you mean by "house like filled with fluid".

A house is a building that you live in, and I'm guessing Google translate or something made a mistake here.

If you mean that you have a blister or sore, that could be herpes. You could also have a fungal infection.

Have you seen a doctor? You really need to. Only a doctor can tell you what it is.

If they think it's herpes, ask them to do a culture on it.

Let us know what happens.

I mean rash. I have consulted 3 doctors some of them said it was a yeast infection and those who said it was herpes so it caused confusion to me.. painful and itchy urinary tract even though I was wearing a condom. do i get this from vaginal sex or oral sex?
Did any of the doctors do any testing? That's the only way to know for sure.

Herpes and yeast can look alike, but are easily diagnosed with testing.

You can get either from vaginal or oral sex. If your partner has oral herpes - herpes type 1 - you can get that from oral sex, and it becomes genital herpes type 1. If they have an oral yeast infection, known as thrush, you can get that genitally.

Even using a condom, you can get genital herpes type 2. Condoms reduce the risk significantly, but don't eliminate it. If she has a genital yeast infection, you can get that from vaginal sex with a condom, if your skin comes into contact with skin that has yeast. It's a lot less likely with a condom, but possible.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you which one it was. It's possible it was either. Only testing will tell you for sure. Do you still have symptoms? How long did they last, if you don't?
the doctor gave a diagnosis of herpes, but the other doctor said it was this fungus which confused me because the doctor in me was incompetent, I asked if saliva could be a way of transmitting HIV. . rashes and lesions last for approximately 3 days and become dry, dry sores leave a black trail. but for the past 2 days, sorry in advance near my anus a small and sore lump appeared. aunt jess daro the symptoms I'm experiencing such as urinary tract pain and itching are these part of the symptoms of herpes?
"the symptoms I'm experiencing such as urinary tract pain and itching are these part of the symptoms of herpes?"

It could be. It could also be yeast.

"rashes and lesions last for approximately 3 days and become dry, dry sores leave a black trail." - this doesn't sound like herpes or yeast. Herpes and yeast don't turn or leave anything black.

One thing that can is molluscum contagiosum. That wouldn't cause the urinary symptoms, though, and molluscum looks nothing like herpes or yeast. The spots also last longer than a few days before scabbing.

Have any of the doctors tested your urine?

HIV is not transmitted by saliva. You were not at risk for that.

I mean when the spots dry up like they've forgotten and harden like scars. the doctor did not do or give me to do the test.
and a slightly painful lump appeared around my anus
You need to go back to the doctor. A lump isn't herpes or yeast.

Let me know what the doctor says.
