Painless and non-ithcy red spots on penis head

Hi,

I noticed painless and non-ithcy red spots on penis head, after 2 weeks of doxycycline that recovers me from Gonorrhea. Should I be worried?  They are not raised and are quite scattered around in small numbers.

Many thanks in advance.

Hi,

First off, many thanks for your reply!

I've applied saerogenta-a cream, and things seems to be improving gradually! The spots are all almost gone now.

I'll update again if it becomes worst!

Thanks!

Hi, topical irritations as you mention are most associated with male yeast infection or fungus. Sometimes after taking anitibiotics we develop this from a change in our skins ph. Of course only a doctor would confirm this. You should have a follow up with doc about your gono and have them take a look at the spots also. Without pain or itching most likely no big issue.
