Penis rash
I was on a vacation and here's the thing I have rashes on the trunk and even on the tip of my penis I looked it up and could be syph or here's but one think I wonder it could e a skin rash Cus if it's both the two I would also have it the face especially if I did oral can some one tell me is more likely a bad rash since I was in the beach swimming and diving with tight boxers or it could really be anstd it's not itch I have no problems pissing just the rash with a smile red in the middle pls clarify for me it's really bothering me thank so much

Yes I did and and oral aswell but I have nothing on my face that's why I was wondering if it could just be a really bad reaction
