Please help Made a mistake in a Brothel

Long story short to the point of the question.  Ended up getting considerably drunk beyond the point of reason with a buddy in Prague.  Ended up going to a brothel there called the darling cabaret closer to the center of the city.  In the wrong sense of mind i took an offer to have sex with a girl there.  There was a shower prior to sex.  This was protected sex with a condom.  She did put the condom on and also sprayed something on my dick before performing oral.  And the same type of spray before having sex.  From what i remember she was very concerned with how the condom was placed on me and made sure to check.  Also i would say i was slack so not hard completely.  Towards the end she had us stop because she could feel cum was escaping the condom when she checked.  This was for 20mins total.  Early next morning huge amount of regret and anxiety for what i did and 2 days later still.  Been about 3 days since total.  Morning after i had to pee and since the morning after ive felt almost like small tingle within the dick and slight burn or warm pissing feeling when using the bathroom.  Im planning to get tested once i get back to the states just to be sure.  But can you help me understand if i should be concerned of this slight nagging feeling in the dick urethral tube?  Also should i be concerned of this slight warm **** since then that ive been feeling?

Could be anxiety related.

Should i be concerned if theres still that warm/irritated feeling with peeing?  Ive been drinking lots of fluids since then to see if thatll maybe clear up what i am feeling.  Or is it possible to be so paranoid that over stress myself down there?

I see no reason for concern as sex was protected.
