Possible STI infection

I had a fling with a girl about two months ago, I didn't penetrate her, the tip of my penis only touched her vagina opening for about 10seconds,i thereafter ejaculated. Two weeks later I got ill with symptoms such as he ache, flu, swollen neck, and I noticed a kind of tiny round stuff at the back of the tip of my penis, it was inside the flesh and not outside but very tiny and painless. Would love to know what that could be? Could it be an STI?

It doesn't sound like an STD. You don't still have those symptoms?

Did you see a doctor?

It could have been anything - covid, another virus, the flu, etc. Why don't you test and put your mind at ease? It is very, very unlikely that you got any STD from touching the tip of your penis to her vagina for a few seconds, but if testing will help ease your mind, then do that.

Thanks for your response. I haven't tested since I was told I had a little to no risk. The issue is just last Thursday, I developed serious fever and chills with headache. I visited an hospital where a blood count test was conducted, my tcells were 11700,above normal rate, I was placed on some antibiotics which I believed worked cos all the fever and chills have left. Don't know is thr high blood count sends a message of a possible infection?
High t-cells can mean a lot of things. Have you followed up to see if those have gone down?

If they have, you could have had a viral infection, like mono. There are several chronic conditions that increase your t-cell count, but those have nothing to do with infection.

You should follow up with your doctor.
