Possible gonorrhea?

Hello all, I hope I can get a answer about this because my anxiety is through the roof and cant sleep hardly. Approx 1 month ago I received unprotected oral sex from a questionable partner. Not my finest moment. This ended up lasting maybe 2-3 minutes before I finished myself by hand. This is the only questionable partner I have had. And very questionable. She is Known to do this a lot and I think does it for money. About 3 - 5 days after this I had what I believe to be jock itch on testicles. I'm pretty active so not a huge surprise. I used spray for 2 weeks. Itch and redness went away just fine. I was very itchy and caused alot of anxiety thinking what if its crabs from the bed I was on or some other disease?. Well that problem is solved, Again I cured it with spray it seems. So approx a week after the jock itch I noticed I need to pee alot, shrugged it off but got worse to about 12 -14 times a day... This has continued to the point where I dont even wanna drink water because I feel like I need to pee....so I look up possible STDs and see gonorrhea, had no idea it could be transmitted by mouth. The symptoms of frequent urination, some possible bladder tenderness, started 4 weeks after Oral. No drip maybe a little burning sensation after urination recently but extreme anxiety. I'm looking to find

1. what are the real chances from oral only?

2. no drip, minimum sensation after frequent peeing a good sign?

3. websites say usually 2-10 days is it possible to go a month and just have these symptoms? I'm at  a month. Started approx 4 weeks after exposure.

4. possible a lower ab injury can be causing urination issues from working out?

5. What else could this be NGU? Or prostatitis?

I hope to get a answer soon..
Thanks

hi there, so lets get to the point:

1. what are the real chances from oral only?
Honestly, not high. Oral sex is a much lower risk for STIs. Other factors such as how deep she went etc can affect it, but in this instance I wouldnt be worried.

2. no drip, minimum sensation after frequent peeing a good sign?
Gono can cause increase in urination but this often comes with a harsh pain when doing so. No pain in a good sign.

3. websites say usually 2-10 days is it possible to go a month and just have these symptoms? I'm at  a month. Started approx 4 weeks after exposure.
It happens but not often. 2 weeks is the usual timeframe.

4. possible a lower ab injury can be causing urination issues from working out?
The injury can cause muscles to tighten which can excabate other issues such as...... (look at 5)

5. What else could this be NGU? Or prostatitis?
Prostatitis. This sounds likely. Anxiety can make this worse and cause the increase urination and someone a prostitic fluid to come out the penis which leads people to believe it is an STI.

Try to rest and stop caffine and alcohol for a while and it should ease up. Most experts believe that one case of oral sex does not warrant STI testing in lieu of symptoms which I dont really believe you have. However, depending where you are testing is easy and often free/cheap.

i cant fully answer what your asking, but i can say if you do have ghon its not a huge deal to cure. i got chlymidia from a chick like 15 yrs ago. a simple urine test detects chy and ghon. unlike other things which need blood work. simple urine test and then if you have it, pills, and bam its gone. i just got done with syphilis and that one was a pain compared to ghon. im simply replying to kind of ease your nerves a bit that its not the end of the world. its cureable and easily detectable. best thing to do is go to a dr and get tested and then u wont have to worry. and dont be embarassed by it, because drs see this stuff every day
