Prostitute risk
I made the mistake of a life time .I was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. I went to the store and a prostitute approached me and asked me for a ride. On the ride she grabbed my penis and asked me if I wanted her to perform oral. I said that she could jerk me off. She then spit on her hand and put it on my penis and came in contact with the tip. I was so messed up that I could not get an erection. She then put her mouth on just the tip for maybe 5 seconds twice then jerked me off a little more and said it wasn't going to work. I then dropped her off. I did touch her outside of her pants on her clit.She was very very thin and obviously a drug user. I am wanting some opinions on my risk of all sti's including hiv seeing how she may of had a bad tooth and blood in her saliva. I know that I have a bad tooth that will bleed.I have now just started wellbutrin and am having some possible side effects of this or symptoms of STDs. I have aches and pains all over including my pits, chest, groin, bellybutton, penis, anus and down my legs. Lymphnodes no not seem to be swollen. I do not have pain when I urinate but it does drip afterwards. It seems like only urine. I also have a tingling squirming feeling in my anus that has itched a few times and was irritated. I do sometimes get an irritated anus from having diarrhea from drinking alcohol. But not this tingling squirming feeling.I was on amoxicillin for a bad tooth and this may be a side effect? I have a history of becoming panicked and depressed in situations involving STDs and made myself sick with possible similar symptoms and never tested positive for anything. Something feels different this time.I have gone for testing 19 days post exposure and and took an oraquick test at 21 days which I know may have been pointless. But the Internet said it may. I am now suffering waiting on results of a full screening from my doctor at 19 days post exposure. Please help! I have a wife and children and have come clean with her. This has become a nightmare.
First off please do not drink/drug and drive. It puts both you and others at risk.
Realistically there is no risk from this event. The symptoms you suggest are not relevant to any STI. Here are some bullet points -
- Mutual masturbation - her hand touching you and your hand touching her with or without spit is no risk of anything. The bacteria cannot survive long enough outside a good host (namly that of a mucous membrane such as mouth or urinary tract). Also saliva has enzymes which kill alot of bacteria anyway.
- There is a small risk of STIs from oral however with the time she did it (less than 10 seconds) there is no real risk of anything from that. It is too short a time for the passing of bugs.

Thank you for you response. I agree it was really not a night that i was making good decisions including driving under the influence
My wife is in school to be a nurse and even though i don't deserve her has told me and reassured me that there is little to no chance of hiv from this encounter i have described. How do you feel about the odds of that. Also it has been 22 days from possible exposures to other stds. i feel i most likely would have observed some sort of bump or sore by now if i had most of the other std's i may have gotten from this encounter.
Zero risk of HIV. You can not get HIV from this event at all.
And the same advice stands. I really would not worry about any other STIs from this instance.

Also when she put her mouth on my penis it was only for a couple moments and didn't feel as though she even tried to get me aroused.
I am now abstaining from alcohol and my recreational drug use since this incident. I feel at my lowest of lows and have not been eating and drinking well. I have a bad habit of not drinking enough water to begin with. Sorry for going on and on but I'm trying to provide ad much info as possible
I also have had a history of not having a full stream while beginning to urinate and have read that wellbutrin can aggravate this. I have no visible signs of an std. My urethra looks normal and I have a very slight discoloration of the skin around my urethra due to the drip from the urine and I may just very critical at this point with that observation. I was also on amoxicillin and started wellbutrin at the same time. I have been off the amoxicillin for about a week. These both have a substantial amount of side effects. I just need some options on my situation.
