Rash Down "Happy Trail"/Pubic Area

I noticed that I was having some slight irritability yesterday when being rubbed or touched. After checking it out I noticed I had a rash going down my "happy trail" and slightly continuing into my pubic area (nothing on the penis or testicles). The pain (itchy) is minimal and I only tend to notice anything after rubbing against it. I have had sex with multiple partners but have only been with two women over the last three years (to my knowledge I was STD free) and have never had any problems such as this prior to now. The woman I am currently with was a virgin before we were together and we have been together a handful of times to date, the most recent being two days ago. I find it odd that it is mostly down my "happy trail" and suspected it might be from a razor that has been in my shower although I haven't shaved in a little less than a week. I also cycled about 20 miles yesterday with cyclist shorts and thought it could possibly be tied to that and the fact of excess sweating. Any help would greatly be appreciated because I am debating on what my next step should be.

Attached are a few pictures of the irritated area:

Hi, most likely from biking but if you concerned about herpes, you might want to eliminate herpes from the equation and have that area swabbed and cultered or a scrapping and a pcr test. Or wait 3 months post exposure and do a blood test since your sexually active.
