Syphilis test

Hi I just want to know if my test are accurate or should I need to have further testing. I got my RPR test 6 days post exposure and a 1year 6 months post exposure both came negative, but I read that RPR is solely accurate during the 90 days period. Do i need to take a TP-PA test? and I do have a protected oral exposure last 3 weeks is 3 weeks be accurate for TP-PA test?

No, this means that it's conclusive from 90 days post exposure, and beyond. Most people will show as positive by 6 weeks, but a few will take a bit longer.

If you had a protected oral encounter, the chances that you got syphilis, which is uncommon, are very, very low. You probably don't need to test, but if you feel the need to, a 6 week test will be accurate.
