Recent encounter with sex worker

I recently received a protected blow job from a stripper although she used a condom for the oral sex, she did use her saliva to lubricate me before putting a condom on. I am stressing out like crazy, and should have never done this.

Is there any true risk from the saliva of herpes or other STD’s ?

Dave is right - this is zero risk.

There is also the fact that STDs like gonorrhea and chlamydia reside at the back of the throat. Since you used a condom, you were protected from those, even though she used saliva as a lube.

Most experts feel that even without a condom, oral sex is low enough of a risk to not warrant testing. You used a condom, so don't worry.

So just to clarify, there is very little risk of anything at all including herpes if she used her saliva on my unprotected Penis before putting the condom on?

Thank you so much for getting back to me!!
Correct. I wouldn't worry about a thing.

Herpes is transmitted by direct skin to skin contact, not saliva. While saliva may have the virus in it if it passes over a sore, or because of shedding, it's just not an effective way of transmitting the virus.

You really don't need to worry here.

No there is no risk and actually saliva contains digestive enzymes that can kill bacteria as is our bodies first line of defense. Zero risk. dave
