Red spot on penis head, doesn't itch.

Hi,
I'm a 22-year old male. I'm uncircumcised. A month ago after a sexual intercourse I noticed a red, oval-shaped spot on my penis head. It isn't itchy nor swollen. Apart from the colour, it feels like it's not even there. I've waited for a while hoping it goes away but it doesn't. Sometimes it fades in redness into light pink but after ejaculation it gets red again. It doesn't affect my daily tasks at all but i'm really concerned because the color is not very nice to look at.

You would have to see a Dr, skin issues can be many things often not a STD but only an exam is going to give you an indication of what it may be.

Also. Before the time I started noticing the spot, I had my appendix removed due to appendicities. I was hospitalized and given some antibiotics. I think it's worth mentioning.
