Risk assessment

Dear doctor good day,
On 7th june i had met one prostitute. First she spitted on my penis opening directly… I saw spit went inside into my penis. After that I asked her to put condom, she sucked my penis, it was deep throat sucking. After ejaculation i saw some semen came out from the opening of the condom. I guess condom has ruptured while deep throat sucking.

1. After this act immediately i started feeling weakness, fatigue, body feeling hot specially stomach and forehead particularly in the day time till now feeling. And after week i started feeling back aches, sore throat, dry cough, chills and night sweats, stomach rumbling chills for one week only and night sweats and back aches and stomach rumbling still now
. For sore throat i am having antibiotics after it subsided now. Actually these are the symptoms which i had when i got covid last year, that’s why I am worried i might have virus. I got tested for covid and it came back negative.

2. After one week i did CBC, TLC i had 12.1, lymphocytes 19.4.

3. As i am staying in a country where for visa renewal i have to go for pre screening tests. I am really worried, depressed and anxious. Due to the traveling restrictions i cannot go to my home country also.

Is there any chance of getting me STI`S . What do you think about my symptoms. I really scared because i have this hot body in the day (on and off), body ache and night sweats.

Waiting for your reply. Apologies for my English writing.

While you are waiting for the answer of community leaders, I would like to point out a few things. I hope the great people here won't mind :).
1. No STI produce symptoms immediately after exposure.
2. No STI are consistent with symptoms you described.
3. You are worried, depressed and anxious and that alone may be a reason for some of your symptoms.
4. Your risk for any STI is very low even if the condom broke (and you are not sure it did) and you never had specific symptoms.
5. Sore throat is probably due to a common bacterial or viral infection. Your throat was never exposed to any STI-related bugs.
You should follow up with your doctor but really shouldn't worry about STIs.

Thank you very much for your response
I agree with grobick. No STI gives you immediate symptoms - no illness does, for that matter. Maybe that was anxiety. Were you using drugs or alcohol? That sounds more like a reaction to that than an illness.

Are your blood counts within normal ranges? They seem to be, but every lab reports them differently.

In the US, we have something called long-haul covid. Could you have that? You could have tested at the wrong time for covid, and still have that. As grobick says, you have all these throat symptoms, and your throat was never exposed.

Thank you very much for your reply... My blood is within the range... I had covid in April 2020....

You can get covid again. Have you been vaccinated?

I'd suggest working with your doctor if your symptoms are lingering. Test for STIs if you are concerned, but I'd be surprised if they are positive.
Thank you very much for your reply...
I am having night sweats, occasionally stomach rumbling in a day and upper back stiffness..... I got vaccine last week only.
You should follow up with your doctor about your symptoms. No STDs would cause these symptoms.
