Risk of STD when saliva is used to lubricate?

Hi I am extremely worried about contracting and STD after making the regrettable decision of visiting a massage parlor while abroad in Japan. The young lady gave me a blowjob with a condom on, but then wanted to insert me. This got me super paranoid and worried so I just asked her to finish me using her hand instead.

She took it a little too aggressively though and removed the condom and continued using her hand and the saliva from her mouth.

I am mostly worried because it was a stupid decision and I am currently in a very stable happy relationship. I don't know why I let myself get into this but I am not sure if I am overreacting. I do have anxiety so that may be contributing to this as well.

Lastly is it safe to assume that oral with a barrier (ie: condom) is safe? I am kicking myself for letting her remove it...

Thanks for reading.

Saliva does not contain STD's as why kissing is not a risk for a STD.
