You can get a conclusive syphilis test at 6 weeks.

Your chances of getting syphilis from oral sex are lower than with vaginal or anal sex, but there is still a chance.

Rpr test at 6 weeks will be conclusive ?

Because many websites said it take up to 90 days for syphilis for conclusive result
It can take up to 90 days, but the majority test positive by 6 weeks, and syphilis is uncommon. By 6 weeks, most people with syphilis will get symptoms, so if you have no symptoms and a negative test, it's considered conclusive for the vast majority of people.

You also used a condom, which offers significant protection against syphilis. It's not 100%, but it's significant.

If you are HIV+, or otherwise immunocompromised, the advice might be different, but you aren't, or you'd have mentioned it. :)
Yes i got hiv test after 6 weeks combo test from lab and it came negative

So i will do a rpr test for syphilis if it came negative should i move and resume my life with my wife ?
Yes, that's a good plan.
Sorry for bothering you is the rpr test can detect an old exposure like 2 years before ?
Because i read it can’t be showing in the test if i got exposure like 2 years ago
Yes, the RPR can detect that - that's not a very old exposure.
