Risk or no risk

Hope you can help. I have literally just left a encounter that I’m not sure is no risk or low risk.
I am bisexual but married to a woman I have kept my gay side at bay for the whole marriage but recently got curious. Anyway long story short arrange what I thought was a safe meet with someone of unknown status. On an app
We agreed to just wank together watching porn which of course is safe.
It escalated! But I still think it was low risk (hoping no risk)
I ended up using my mouth on his feet sucking his toes (I’m happy this is no risk, I think)
What is confusing me is we then also touched each other’s penis (low risk?)
He then cummed on my face. I tried to keep my mouth closed and my eyes but some definitely got in my mouth as I could taste it.

So with this in mind. And with the obvious issue that I need to protect my wife.
1) what STI / HIV risk is there here.
2) what’s my testing plan
3) when’s green lite to resume sex with wife we are trying for a baby so I don’t think I can hang on for a while.
4) with this in mind is doxy and prep an option?

Hope I made sense.
Just to be frank
Touching each other penis
Licking his feet
Cum on my face some in mouth.

So there is really no risk here.

Touching each other penis - no risk at all.

Licking his feet - no risk at all for STDs. If he had any sign of fungus, that's a possibility, but please don't lick someone's feet if they have signs of a foot fungus.

Cum on my face some in mouth. - no risk at all. The semen in your mouth isn't because the risk from oral sex comes from either semen being deposited in the back of your throat (gonorrhea and chlamydia), or direct, skin to skin contact (syphilis). Neither of these things happened, so you're fine. There is no risk for other STDs, including HIV.

You do not need treatment, especially PrEP (which is before) or PEP (which is after, and what I think you meant), or antibiotics.

A really important point here - you and your wife are trying to get pregnant. If this happens, and you continue exploring, it is important that you control what happens, and/or use condoms. Exposing a fetus to an STD can be very dangerous at different points in development. No judgement here, just information.

Thanks :) appreciate the advice. I’m staying away from this going forward was not worth it at all.

Just to check (maybe I’m better asking in HIV forum) but I have an ulcer on my lip inside. Does this pose a risk at all if seamen came in contact?
The only realistic risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

It's theoretically possible, but you're talking about astronomical odds against getting HIV this way, and most people wouldn't even think about the event again.  I'm not aware of any cases of an individual being infected via semen dropping into the mouth.

I totally agree with this, for HIV and other STDs.
