STD Possibility??

I was a bottom with a transexual csw for a few minutes. Three to five minutes. She wore a condom but when we were done the condom was hanging out of my anus. I believe it fell out when she exited my anus but I am not sure. She said she always wears condoms. She did not ejaculate.  What is my risk for Chlamydia or Gonorrhea with this one exposure? Thank you in advance for answering.

If the condom was hanging out of your anus, it does sound as if it came out when she pulled out. She should be holding on to the condom when she pulls out to prevent this.

In any case, the chances of an STD here are slim, if any. It sounds like you were protected the entire time. If you are concerned, you can get a test to find out for sure. Make sure you tell them you need a rectal swab. A urine test won't find rectal infections.

I think the tests would be for your peace of mind, though - it doesn't sound like you have much to worry about here.

Two days after after this encounter I had oral sex with my girlfriend giving and receiving plus condom protected intercourse. She now complained about frequent urination and went to a lab for a urine sample. Do you think she would be infected with any STD's from the above encounter. Thank you.
Does your GF have her results yet? It sounds like she has a UTI.

Any infection you got from the CSW would be rectal, not urethral, unless the CSW also performed oral on you. If she did, you could have gonorrhea or chlamydia (possible, but not nearly as likely as gonorrhea) in your urethra. Oral sex is a lot less risky than vaginal or anal sex.

Since you have a regular partner, if you had unprotected oral sex, you might want to test. Since you used a condom with your gf, your gf would only be at risk for oral infections, not genital.

I was wearing a condom when the CSW performed oral sex on me. She was wearing a new condom when I performed oral sex on her. Would I or my girlfriend be at risk for STD's from this encounter. My GF will get her results back tomorrow. Thank you for your response.
Hi AuntiJessie, My girlfriend got a negative urine result back. She is guessing it might have something to do with the time of the month. Thank you for your help. It is a monumental relief on many levels.
If condoms were worn for everything, you had no risk. Congrats. :)

I'm glad to hear your gf's tests were fine. She may have been a little dehydrated along with it being the time of month. I hope she feels better soon!
Thanks again for the time and knowledge.
