STD Risk

I visited a massage parlor sometime around mid/late October. The masseuse to my surprise lick/kissed my anus twice, very, very briefly. Beyond that, there was no sexual contact other than her masturbating me. About 2 weeks later I had intercourse and oral with my girlfriend. I experienced minor pain in my penis the day prior to the intercourse and it lasted a few days. I assume it was irritation from the handjob. I also discovered what appeared to be a small hemerrhoid (Dark in appearance. Did not appear to be an ulcer/chancre or anything. I've had these before.) Fast forward to about a week and a half and my girlfriend has developed bump on the border of her upper lip. Didn't appear to be a sore or anything, but it lingered for a week. 2 weeks later, she's coming down with a bad fever. She's recovered but now developing rashes on her legs.

My question, does this sound like Syphillis or any other STDs? Could I have passed something through my penis, even though my anus was the only thing that was exposed to the masseuse's mouth? Keep in mind, my girlfriend has had no exposure to that part of my body.

Any input is appreciated.

That's called 'rimming' and for the most part, it is safe.  Very minimal risk.  I'm going to link an answer by Dr. Hunter Hansfield, guru of all things std's.  https://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/Anal-licking/show/1721869  The risk is more to the person doing the kissing/licking of the anus.  Receiving it is virtually nothing in terms of risk.  Oral to anal contact (you as the receiver) is not how std's normally occur.  In fact, experts don't even recommend testing for this especially since you never really had symptoms.  Your paranoia may be making you correlate what is going on with your significant other to this event but it's likely not related at all.  I agree that it is coincidental based on what Hansfield states regarding this type of exposure.  I'd not be concerned you passed anything to her.

Keep it simple...

" The masseuse to my surprise lick/kissed my anus twice"

Three things..
1) relastically this wont pass anything on.
2) Even if it could, that is NO WHERE near long enough to transmit anything.
3) If you had an STI on your anus, it would be in that region.

No worries here. Everything your mrs has is totally coincidental and unrelated to this event.
