No, you won't get an STD, but oh, please, clean that toy.

STDs need exposure to other people to get. That doesn't mean there aren't other infections you get from a toy. Mold and bacteria can grow in there and get in your urethra.

I'm going to assume it's a toy like a Fleshlight, or something similar. Here's how to clean it -

If it's not a Fleshlight, google the name of it and "how to clean" to get specific cleaning instructions. Each toy is made of different materials, and may need specific cleaning instructions.

You don't have to clean it at night, but you should be cleaning it the next day.

You pay a lot of money for sex toys. Take care of them. :)

Thank you for the answer.  If it can cause bacteria, will it be exposed to the risk of getting a UTI ?
Yes, you could get a UTi or urethritis, which is an infection in your urethra. You could also get skin infections.
Are you having symptoms of something?
I have symptoms of pain in the testicles, lower abdomen, lower back that have been happening for 2 months until now.  The doctor has checked the urine 5 times and found that there is no urinary tract infection.  but now a few days ago it felt painful at the tip of the penis, and there was a clear, sticky, odorless liquid coming out when urinating.  I noticed the sticky liquid at night when I had a long rest.  already noticed it happen 3 times during these 3 days.  and the pain is still there.  Do you think this is a problem of UTI / STD / or is there another problem?  I have never had sex and have never had a partner.  but used sex toys but did not share.
If they haven't found any bacteria or white blood cells in your urine, you don't have an infection.

If the discharge is clear, that's okay. That means it's not an infection.

Has the doctor done any kind of physical exam? Have they checked your prostate, your testicles, done any kind of imaging like an MRI, ultrasound or scan? You can have a prostate issue and never have had sex before.

Do you have any toys that you insert into your anus? Could you have injured yourself?

If you haven't seen a urologist, ask for a referral to one.
I have been sick since 22 June 2022, I went to the hospital and met the urologist for a check and ultrasound found that there was an epididymal cyst on the left testicle, minimal hydrocele, and bilateral testicular microlothiasis.

at that time it was only the cyst that hurt, the doctor gave the antibiotic augmentin for 7 days until 29 June 2022.  after a week from the end of taking the medicine, the pain returned but the pain was no longer in the cyst, the pain changed to the lower part of the testicle and possible tail epididymitis because I found it swollen only in the left testicle.  but the doctor ignored my problem and gave me Augmentin again for another 7 days, starting , 7 July until 13 July 2022.
the pain went away after the last dose was taken . 15 July 2022 the pain returned in the penis which felt burning and painful when urinating.  cloudy and smelly urine. No medicine was given and the urine test showed no infection. but the pain lasted only 3 days .

returned to the hospital on 28 July 2022 due to groin pain, lower abdomen and back pain.  Urine test and blood sample found no infection and only blood in the urine.  The doctor prescribed the antibiotic Cefuroxime Axetil for 7 days

From 5 July to 14 august 2022 , I am sick and I have given up hope because during this period no medicine was given and I had to rest for a long time and the symptom was pain in the testicle which spread to the right testicle which before was not painful has now become pain and lower abdomen + back pain

On 15 August 2022 I went to the hospital again because the pain was worse pain scale 7/10 . because both testicles hurt and lower abdomen and back pain.  The doctor gave the antibiotic Doxycycline and the pain reliever Ibuprofen for 10 days.  I found a clear sticky but odorless discharge only once a day and it was at night.  for 4 days in a row I found it after peeing.  Since I don't have insurance and can't afford the cost, I go to the government hospital because there is no payment cost so the treatment is limited and the doctor doesn't care about the pain I'm experiencing.

after 4 days of taking Doxycycline and ibuprofen, the pain reduced to a scale of 4/10

I have question :

1) Is my pain reduced due to the effectiveness of the Doxycyline antibiotic?  or because of the painkiller Ibuprofen?

2) Is doxycycline the usual treatment for STDs?  and not treatment for UTI ?  If my pain is reduced due to doxycycline does it mean I belong to STD problem?

3) can an STD show up positive on a UTI test (blood + urine)?  I think the doctor only took the UTI test because I don't have a partner and don't have sex.  it is possible that they focus on UTI.  but the result is negative.  no infection.  I'm not sure if the doctor meant it was for a UTI or something else

4) Do I need to stop taking the pain reliever Ibuprofen to determine if doxycycline is working or not

5) during treatment I have taken Augmentin 7 days + 7 additional days.  Cefuroxime Axetil 7 days.  Doxycycline for 10 days but this one is only 4 days of medication and still taking it. Is it due to taking antibiotics without any infection on the urine test that this bacteria is resistant if it is the pain I experienced from other things, or a misdiagnosis by the doctor?

6) Do you think this is due to UTI or STD/STI?  or other problems?

because the doctor didn't help much and didn't care about my problem.  I hope someone can help give me advice .
I can't possibly answer those questions. I don't know if your pain is getting better because of doxy or ibuprofen, or if bacteria is resistant, or a misdiagnosis.

I do wonder some things -

When you had your urine tests, had you already been on antibiotics? You can get a false negative if you've taken antibiotics within the last 2-3 weeks.

STDs will not be detected in regular urine testing. You need specific testing for that. You should ask your doctor if that's been done. You'll need to be off antibiotics for at least 2-3 weeks before testing, though, or they might not be accurate.

Why are they giving you antibiotics if they have found no bacteria? You had blood in your urine - have they done anything to determine why?

sorry for the late reply, the urine test was taken after 2 weeks of taking antibiotics.  I have stopped Ibuprofen for 2 days and am still taking Doxycycline, and the pain level is the same, neither up nor down.

I will ask them to do an STD test, but it is quite difficult for them to give me a test since I went to a government hospital without paying the cost.

when there is blood in the urine test, they do nothing.  just give the antibiotic Cefuroxime Axetil.

I have been dealing with this problem for almost 2 months without finding the real cause of the pain, the urine test has been tested 5 times throughout the treatment.  no infection.  I'm not sure why the antibiotics were given, but the doctor said to control the infection .

will STD cause lower abdominal pain+back pain?

What STD test do I need to do?  because I only use a sextoy and do not clean my own sperm in the vaginal hole of the sextoy .

please help
I'm sorry - have you ever had sex? I think we got off track here. If you've had sex, you should get tested for STDs, and you can ask them to test you for gonorrhea and chlamydia - those are the most common that might cause your symptoms.

They normally wouldn't cause blood in your urine.

I think you need to follow up with the urologist you saw who did the ultrasound.
