STD or other disease risk

Hey guys, I shaved this morning and cut myself below my lip (it was rather small, a bit bigger than a speck but yeah it was bleeding for a while). I just put some tissue to let it dry and then met my friend a few hours later. As he was talking he spat right beside the cut, and I know for a fact that he had sex with a prostitute who have high risk for STDS in Thailand. I then used my shirt to wipe off the spit, away from the speck but I washed my face later however I couldn't avoid the cut so the spit did make contact with my cut. After washing my face, I saw the cut started to small speck started to bleed again once I put tissue on it, is there any possible disease transfer? STDS or any other diseases?

Ah I don't mean to be redundant or seeking for assurance, but if the cut started to bleed again, doesn't it mean it wasn't healed, and the saliva had a direct contact with it, hence making std transfer or other diseases transmissible?
