Hi good day,

So i feel like i have an STD
And i go to the doctor and request to check my urine. I dont know why urinalysis.

Here's my symptoms.

-Burning sensation when urinating
-white discharge from my penis
-Stinging inside my penis when urinating

Thats the only symptoms appeared.
The discharge appears in first week after i have sex with random girls. And two days later is my first checkup

Specific Gravity: 1.025

Pus cell: 15-20/hpf
Rbc: 0-2/hpf


My doctor prescribed to take 20pcs of cefixime 200mg 2 times a day. and drink at least 5liter a day. My fault that i skipped a dose and today the discharge is always appears. So i retake my medicine today.. Any advice? Now im strictly follow the dose and how many days shoul i take them? im still have 15pcs? Any food or drinks to avoid? Any food that can help fight this infection?

Thank you dave for your response. Im afraid that my doctor is still on their 4days seminar so i wasn't able to have an appointment to her. Im taking cefixime.. Will it help? 12hrs/1dosage of 200mg tablet.


Im not really comfortable right now shes the only doctor that has my record list and theres no more available internal medicine doctor in our company clinic.

It almost 20days and im really scared and thinking if im in the right treatment? Am i taking the right antibiotics?

Its my fault that im not take my medicine for a couple of days.. I started again and i almost consumed 5 tablet of cefixime 200mg for this week.

There is always a discharge on my penis and i dont know what to do. All i need is advice. Can you help me?

Hi i dont see any specific findings listed like Gono and Chlamydia which would be the 2 top std,s that cause puss discharge and burning. You might want to check back with your doc and ask what were the findings as takes different antibiotics to cure different std,s. Missing a dosage wont cause any mistreatment.
