So I would rather avoid my doctor for this I contacted a couple labs here and they only do urine testing no throat swab I don't understand why...where do I get it?

No a throat swab is not done unless asked for. No real reason for testing but if you must then a throat swab at 5 days, blood test for syphilis at 6 weeks and herpes at 3 months.

What tests should I get? Is a throat swab always done during a routine std test? Should I get bloodwork done as well? My pants never came off and I gave oral to a guy from the bar not sure of his Std status. I did this for about 2-3 min. Max no gargled with mouthwash right after and he did not ejaculate. Really worried right now.

It is low risk for STD's no matter what.

If no cut present in your mouth, then it's low risk.

There is a risk for some STDs via oral both receiving and giving. I would advice full STD test at 6 weeks.
