1)  What was the sexual event you had?
2)   What did you get tested for?
3)  When were you tested?

These are all very important.

I had a sex with csw, no condom on oral but used condom for the rest.
I got tested for chlamydia, ghonorhea, syphilis, hep b, hep c and HIV.
All came out negative.
I tested in the clinic in Australia sydney.

I just concerned because the pain just went away without any medication.
I wonder if its an STD undetected
How long after the encounter did you test?

Gonorrhea and chlamydia tests are accurate at about 5 days post exposure.

Syphilis is accurate at 6 weeks post exposure. That wouldn't cause the symptoms you describe. It would give you a round, painless sore after about 3 weeks to 90 days.

You weren't at risk for HIV, but that test is accurate at 28 days if it was a 4th generation DUO test.

Hep B wouldn't give you symptoms like this, and that test isn't accurate for 90 days. There is a vaccine for this, which you may have had. You should ask your doctor for a test to see if you have immunities to it, and if not, get the vaccine.

Hep C is almost never transmitted sexually. When it is, it's usually by unprotected anal sex. You weren't at risk for this. It also wouldn't give you symptoms like this. Hep B and Hep C are liver diseases, not genital or urinary infections.

Did they test you for NGU? That's an infection in the urethra and can be caused by oral sex. Normal mouth bacteria can cause it, as can bacteria for strep, adenoviruses (which cause upper respiratory infections), etc. They would look at your urine for white blood cells. That can definitely cause your symptoms.

Thank you for the answer. Im not sure about NGU. I got tested after 2 weeks had sex. I guess i will check again. Its been 2 months now. I guess time to find out. But during this coronavirus. The clinic may be busy.

Thanks everyone.
Just give them a call and see what they'll tell you over the phone. Don't go in unless you need to.
