Small Painless purple dot on the outside of my penis head.

I have a small purple painless dot on the outside of of the head of my Penis.  I haven't had sex in 6-7 months, the last time I had sex, the girl gripped my penis hard like she was holding on for her life.  A few days later i noticed there was one small purple dot on the rim of the head of my penis, its painless, not itchy, I have no discharge, and if I didn't notice it I would never know it was there since it has no symptoms.  Its been there for a few months now, I did go to an urgent care doctor when i first saw it, she said it didn't resemble anything like herpes, she was even confused at what it could have been, so I did take a STD test and it came back negative.  As precaution I also was given an STD shot just in case.  Does anyone have any of the same experience, and what doctor I can go see to get this checked out.  Thank You for your help.

It might be something called pupura - https://www.menshealth.com/health/g19408900/purple-penis-causes/#:~:text=Purpura%20is%20characterized%20by%20small,and%20pain%20in%20the%20scrotum.

You should let a dermatologist look at it. It is probably not anything harmful, but since it's lingering, you should get it checked, for sure.

Do you masturbate with clothes /cotton.  Sounds like a friction bump. It will go away if left alone for 2-4 weeks.
