Small bumps on penis shaft

I have multiple small bumps that I first discovered about 1-2 months ago. I am a sexually active person but always used condoms, and my STD test in July showed all clear.

The bumps are on my penis shaft, about 1-2mm diameter, ranging from flesh/pink to whitish colour and painless, though some have already resolved and disappeared.

Should I worry about this and seek consult with a specialist instead?
